What we did
As part of the rebranding, EGAMI worked directly with PepsiCo’s Chief Marketing Officer, enabling confident engagement with media on this transformation during a time of heightened cultural sensitivity. But rebranding alone wasn’t enough. We envisioned a future where the brand could meaningfully impact communities it once overlooked, so we conceptualized and launched the P.E.A.R.L. Pledge, a groundbreaking, multi-year initiative championing Black women and girls nationwide.
